5. Prescription Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate spectacle or contact lens prescription. Specsdekhoo shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect prescriptions or measurements provided by the customer., we take full responsibility on the prescriotion provided by us.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, or product customization. Delays beyond our control shall not make Specsdekhoo liable for any damages.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized prescription products may not be eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect fulfillment.

8. Warranty

All eligible frames and sunglasses purchased from Specsdekhoo are covered by a 1-Year Replacement Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

If the same product is unavailable, customers may select another product of the same value or upgrade to a higher-priced product by paying the price difference.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Scratches due to misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper handling or storage

• Loss or theft

Warranty claims are subject to product inspection by Specsdekhoo.
