Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Specsdekhoo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our transparent return, exchange, and refund policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within the following timelines from the date of delivery:

  1. Eyeglass Frames - Within 7 Days, without any defects & damages.

  2. Sunglasses - Within 7 Days, without any defects & damages.

  3. Prescription Eyeglasses - Only for manufacturing defects or incorrect prescription supplied by Specsdekhoo - Within 7 days, without any defects & damages.

  4. Contact Lenses - Only if unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging within 7 Days.

  5. Accessories (Cases, Cleaners, Cloths, Solutions, etc.) - Not Eligible

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original invoice must be provided.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be returned.

  • The product must not have scratches, cracks, dents, or signs of misuse.

  • Products found damaged due to improper handling or normal wear and tear will not qualify.

3. Prescription Products

As prescription eyewear is custom-made, it cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong prescription was manufactured by Specsdekhoo.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The product delivered differs from the order placed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and valid prescription at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • The same product (subject to availability).

  • Another product of the same value.

  • A higher-value product by paying the price difference.

No refund or credit will be provided if a lower-value product is selected.

5. Refund Process

Specsdekhoo follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. We do not provide refunds for any products purchased through our website, except where required under applicable law.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized prescription lenses (unless due to our error or a manufacturing defect)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage

  • Scratched lenses caused after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Cleaning accessories and contact lens solutions

  • Products purchased during clearance or marked as "Final Sale"

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, Specsdekhoo will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once a customized prescription order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Warranty Claims

Returns related to manufacturing defects after the return window will be handled under our 1-Year Replacement Guarantee for eligible frames and sunglasses, subject to inspection.
